Senior Estimator needed for regional office of Main Contractor based in West Sussex.

circa £55,000 basic salary + full corporate benefits package.

My client builds new build projects over all sectors, Education / Retail / Healthcare / Leisure / Commercial etc
Projects values are £5million to £40million (typical value £10million).
This role requires a stand alone senior estimator with the capability of estimating on projects up to £10 million.
This role is coming about due to a senior estimator of ten years retiring - so is a viable and valued position.
Reporting into the Commercial Director this represents a great opportunity for an established Senior Estimator.

Candidate Requirements:

Live within commutable distance of Crawley Area
Proven permanent Main Contractor experience
Construction related qualification preffered
Experience of estimating projects up to £8 million
