Administrator – Burgess Hill
We are currently recruiting for an excellent administrator for a busy team in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. You will operate as a key member of a small team and the quality of your work and the skill’s that underpin this are pivotal to the success of our business and our reputation. Therefore, meticulous attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly and think on your feet along with an ability to deal with multiple work streams running in parallel, form the foundations of this role.
You will have an excellent education and ideal graduate who is looking to develop a career within a finance business. Need to have a can do attitude, willingness to learn and above all friendly.
Role responsibilities include:
Dealing with telephone enquiries
Writing and dispatching letters
Accurately maintaining records, filing systems and computer files.
Process various documents and electronic information, accurately and to high standard.
Manage, organise, and update relevant data using cloud database applications across multiple systems.
Prepare information/comparisons for analysis
General office duties such as placing stationery orders, photocopying, scanning, opening and distributing post.
Accurately maintaining records, filing systems and computer files to ensure that a compliant record of client activity is maintained.
Adhere to and keep up to date with all internal administration tasks and compliance requirements.
This role requires all of the following attributes:
Good accurate typing skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Word and Excel
Excellent phone manner
Experience of a similar role
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this full time role is £18,000 to £23,000 dependent on experience
Benefits to include 25 days holidays plus bank holidays Pension at 5%, Health Plan
