The role for this Management position is critical within the organisation, and holds total responsibility for all aspects of F&B Operations within the Crouchers Orchards Estate, as well as day-to-day additional Managerial duties as may be delegated by the Owning company from time to time.
As such, it is a principal role within the overall management of the Estate and holds normal responsibilities and accountability associated with such a senior role.
The core purpose of the role is the delivery of all revenue, cost and profit lines in line with the agreed operating budget and the delivery of high levels of guest satisfaction on an on-going basis. Specifically, the role has responsibility for all aspects of the F&B operations, and other operations as may be delegated, of the establishment.The role of the Manager has a number of key facets to it.
The key responsibilities are:
Planning, Leadership, Revenue Growth and Delivery, Cost Control, Financial Management of the F&B Departments and overall Operational Management.
Also to be actively involved and support, Business Development activities with Sales and Marketing actions, to drive guests and visitors to the Estate’s F&B areas and contribute and actively support Community Relations in Chichester and surrounding catchment areas.
The role will be to ensure responsibility is taken for ensuring the highest levels of Guest Satisfaction through excellent product and service delivery across the F&B outlets, plus responsibility for Recruitment and Training and Development of the Team via Performance Management and Appraisals.
Also to ensure, in conjunction with the Maintenance department, that high levels of maintenance and compliance with all Health and Safety regulations, are maintained in the management of the physical areas of the outlets.
