We are working alongside our prestigious client based here in Chichester who have created a new role within the business to meet demand and growth plan. The position is Contracts Manager which will entail implementing and managing the contract and relationships between wholesalers and the clients.
The Contracts Manager will need to be a self-starter with a persuasive personality, to be commercially aware and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
You will be acting as a mediator between the Wholesalers and self-supply retailers and proactively engage in market forums and events.
Key Areas of the Contracts Manager position:
Own the Wholesale/Retail Contract Process
Manage Credit Terms with Customers
Attend Operational meetings with Wholesalers
Reporting and Administration
KPI - Ensuring that the Wholesalers respond to issues raised with the agreed time frames.
The contracts manager role requires candidates who are articulate, conscientious and dependable with integrity and honesty.
