You will be the Head Chef in brand new build, with catering in two different areas.
These are the primary (ages 4 to 11), and the secondary (ages 11 to 18).
There will be staff working in both areas.
You will be required to place orders, manage stock rotations.
You ideally have previous experience, e.g. education or healthcare.
Bakery skills would be an advantage.
There will be a need for you to carry out training and mentoring of staff,
to support their improvements.
Able to step up for the manager when he is absent.
This is a 35 hour week, and there is a pay review after 6 months.
An enhanced DBS is required.
