SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN – UCKFIELD – UP TO £27k + BENEFITS

A fantastic opportunity for a Service Desk Technician has arisen to work for one of the largest Healthcare clients in the U.K, for the successful candidate this role offers the opportunity to support a cloud based infrastructure and the potential to progress your career further within IT Support.

The successful candidate will have the following technical skills

• Solid Service Desk support experience

• Strong customer service experience – (Customer facing/remote support)

• Active directory/Windows desktop knowledge

• Microsoft Office 365 administration

• Experience supporting Windows Operating Systems and Ricoh printers

• Any experience with Azure, SharePoint, SQL Database or ITIL Certified would be advantageous but not essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver the best IT support experience to internal users

• Solve IT issues within the agreed SLA’s

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to users.

• On occasions support the user onsite or be confident supporting them remotely.

• Travel to other sites around the U.K (May involve an overnight stay in some locations)
