Our client is now in the position to offer a unique opportunity for a self-motivated customer service representative. The calls you will be making are from a database which includes supplied information including names and numbers. This role suits a person with a competitive spirit who enjoys appointment setting and achieving goals. Just as importantly, you will work collaboratively in a team environment, and in a fast paced and constantly growing business.
To be successful in this role, you may come from the following backgrounds:
• Business 2 business sales, appointment setter, outbound call centre, telesales, lead generation, insurance claims etc.
• You will have the ability to take feedback on-board, clearly understand instructions, and be highly motivated to achieve successful outcomes for both yourself and the business. You will have excellent communication skills, keyboard and computer skills, and be responsible and dependable.
Please note: We are not looking for a robot type personality, we are looking for someone who thinks outside-the-box. This is a long term position.
Full training and ongoing support in your role will be provided.
The hours are 9.00am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Weekly pay between £8.21 and £10 per hour.
