MEDICA are looking to recruit an Administration Technician to join a small, driven and exciting Service Delivery Administrative Technician team; to reach team and individual targets and help continue MEDICA’s growth as a leader within the industry.

Based at our Head Office in Hastings, you will be an integral part of our team and at the forefront of our Service Delivery, providing support to our established clients and reporter base. As an Administration Technician at MEDICA you will provide around the clock support to our medical Reporters, Clients and internal departments, assisting them with various administration and low-level technical support across an 8-week working cycle including shifts outside of normal office hours, weekends and bank holidays.

With a professional manner, excellent communication skills and solid administrative skills, you will be the primary point of contact for our Reporters and will need to possess good written and verbal communication skills to be a team player within a professional setting. You will need to be quick to understand the needs of our Reporters, be able to prioritise workloads to ensure the high standard of service continues and address issues as quickly as possible by working closely with our structured IMT department.

Responsible for the day to day processing of various emails; this requires accurate data entry and strong administrative skills with timely and accurate responses. The Administration Technician will also undertake daily checks to ensure the service is running at its optimum and manage our busy acute daily reporting service.

Essential requirements:-

Previous customer service experience within a professional settingA good knowledge of office-based programsExcellent communication and administrative skills
