REPORTS TO: Production Manager

LIAISON WITH: Production team / Production Manager / EHB departments / Facilities and Health and safety manager


• Manufacturing of EHB products using CNC machinery to the expected high standards and on time for deadlines set by your Production Manager/supervisor

• Packing and strapping packs ready for loading onto delivery lorry’s

• Loading, unloading and preparation of goods dispatched from or delivered to EHB by use of forklift trucks

• Use of workshop machinery for the manufacture of EHB products

• Supporting production team by working closely with your team and your production manager/supervisor

• Liaison with all other departments as needed to provide information


As production/yard operative you are responsible for:

• Delivering a consistently motivated performance in the production of EHB products

• Ensuring all production machinery and yard machinery is kept well maintained and in a safe condition for use through regular communication with your Production Manager/Supervisor

• Ensuring quality of products made at EHB is in line with expected quality standards demonstrated to you through training in EHB processes

• Reporting to your Production manager/supervisor any issues regarding quality

• Ensuring all production paperwork is completed in line with EHB manufacturing procedures

• Ensuring deadlines are met in line with the production schedule and instruction from Production Manager/Supervisor

• Ensuring all work areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition creating a safe environment for both staff and visitors

• Keeping your Production Manager/Supervisor informed of any Health and safety considerations and reporting of any concerns

• Ensuring compliance in the use of all PPE as per company policy

• Supporting your team members by working closely with them at all times and by demonstrating a high level of communication and motivation.

• To support and comply with all health and safety requirements under EHB policies, procedures and safe working practices and to follow any guidance supervision and instruction given by line managers or supervisors in matters of health and safety

• Knowledge of EHB products and processes
