Your new company
Our SME client is recruiting a Resource Coordinator to join a small team of Talent Acquisition professionals to support with general recruitment support on a temporary/temp to perm/permanent basis. The HQ is based in Brighton, West Sussex but the role will be 100% remote with potential to meet up in Sussex 3/4 times per year.
Your new role
As a Resource Coordinator you will be providing general administration to the talent acquisition team. This is a great role for anyone who is looking to progress and grow their career within Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
You will be responsible, but not limited to the following:
* Managing the recruitment inbox
* Sifting CVs
* First point of contact for new candidates
* Coordinating assessment centres
* Uploading job description to job boards
* Reference check
* Pre employment checks
* Creating contracts
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in the role, you must have strong administrative skills and be incredibly organised for this busy, fast paced role. You must also have an interest in recruitment and be willing to learn and develop within your career.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £21,000-£24,000 plus 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays), flexible working hours, remote working and regular training and development opportunities.
